Michael Navaroli

Michael Navaroli is a proud lifelong resident of the Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens area. His deep roots in the community are complemented by his passion for sports, having been actively involved in local leagues like JTAA. A graduate of The Benjamin School, Michael pursued his academic and athletic dreams at Mercer University on a baseball scholarship. His talent and dedication led to his selection in the 17th round of the professional baseball draft by the Tampa Bay Rays.

Michael’s journey also includes a strong connection to the plumbing trade, a path initiated by his father, who owned a local plumbing business. Summers and baseball off-seasons were spent gaining hands-on experience, which later inspired him to obtain his State of Florida plumbing license. In 2014, Michael realized his entrepreneurial dreams by founding Inlet Plumbing alongside his partner, Johny.

Mike Dinally

Mike Dinally was born and raised in Palm Beach County and spent his early years in Loxahatchee before moving to Jupiter at age 10. He has worked in the plumbing industry for over 12 years and brings hands on experience, reliability and local knowledge to every project.

As part of the team at Inlet Plumbing, Mike is committed to providing honest service and quality workmanship for homeowners and businesses throughout the Jupiter area.

John Jurek

John has worked with Mike since 2015 and has been a plumber since 1998. Plumbing runs in the family. His father was a plumber and his brother, Phil, is also in the trade.

John comes from a large family with four sisters and one brother. His eldest sister sadly passed away in 2016. He has one daughter, Sam, and a granddaughter, Phoenix, who is truly the light of his life.

John and Kelly recently celebrated their 8 year anniversary on April 18, 2026. They are passionate dog lovers and share their home with two dogs, Lily and Tipsy. Outside of work, John has competed in and won several weightlifting events, including deadlift competitions where he lifted up to three times his body weight.

John and Kelly also love to travel and cruise together. In 2023, John traveled to Europe for the first time. Over the years, they have visited destinations including Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Puerto Rico, Gatlinburg, Los Angeles, Belize and Las Vegas. They often bring family members along to share in their love of travel and adventure. This May, they are especially excited to take their granddaughter, Phoenix, on her very first cruise.
